Terms of Service
918 CallCatch is operated by Sergei Gogolev, a sole proprietor in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. These terms cover use of this website and the messaging program described below. Work performed for a paying client is governed by the separate service agreement signed with that client, which takes precedence over these terms.
What the service is
We set up and maintain an AI phone assistant that answers calls to a business's existing number when nobody there picks up. The assistant answers routine questions, takes the caller's details, and — where configured — books an appointment and sends an automated text reply.
Messaging program
- Who receives messages: only people who called the business first. Texts are replies to their own inbound call.
- Frequency: transactional only, typically one to three messages per interaction. No recurring campaigns.
- Cost: we do not charge callers for messages. Message and data rates may apply from their carrier.
- Opt out: reply STOP to stop. Reply HELP for help.
- Delivery: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No guarantee of results
We do not promise any particular number of calls, bookings or dollars. Any figures shown in reports are estimates based on prices the business supplied, not confirmed sales. Where a written guarantee is offered — such as a refund if a pilot captures no qualified leads — it is set out in the signed service agreement.
Client responsibilities
A business using our service is responsible for the accuracy of the services, prices and hours it gives us, and for holding the consents required by law for any messages sent on its behalf. We supply the tools; the business owns the relationship with its customers. We will decline any request to send marketing messages to people who have not given prior express written consent.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited marketing messages, or to contact people who have opted out.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, or for outages of third-party services such as telephone carriers or AI providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
