Privacy Policy
918 CallCatch ("we", "us") is operated by Sergei Gogolev, a sole proprietor in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle mobile phone numbers.
We do not share mobile phone numbers. No mobile information collected by us or by the systems we operate on behalf of our clients is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to respond to the person who contacted the business, and are shared only with the service providers that carry the message — such as telephone carriers — solely to deliver it.
What we collect
- From visitors to this site: the name, phone number, business name and email you enter in the audit request form.
- From callers to a business we serve: the caller's phone number, the reason for the call, and a recording or transcript of the conversation.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to a call the person made to the business.
- To book, confirm or change an appointment the caller requested.
- To pass the caller's request to the business owner.
- To operate, troubleshoot and improve the service for that same business.
We do not use one client's caller data for any other client, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messages
How consent works. A person receives a text from us only after calling the business first. When a call is missed, an automated reply is sent to that same caller's number, in response to their own inbound call. We do not send messages to purchased lists, and we do not send bulk marketing messages.
Message frequency. Messages are transactional and occur only in response to a call or a booking. A typical caller receives one to three messages per interaction. We do not send recurring campaigns.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on the recipient's mobile plan and carrier.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who owns the data
Call records, transcripts and customer details collected on behalf of a business belong to that business. We act as its service provider. Recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days unless the business requests otherwise in writing. When a business stops working with us, its accounts, phone number and records stay with it, and we delete our working copies within 30 days.
AI disclosure and call recording
The assistant that answers the phone identifies itself as an assistant at the start of each call, and if asked directly whether it is a human, it says that it is not. Calls may be recorded, and the assistant discloses this on the call.
Security
Access to client accounts is limited to what is needed to run the service and is protected by a password manager and two-factor authentication. Personal details are not placed into AI prompts unless necessary to handle the caller's request.
Children
This service is intended for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
